If you're a rogue, and have 9 stacks of Flesh to Stone on you, at stack 9 if you pop Killing Spree this will make you immune to the pettified effect that comes at 10 stacks.

The Jinyu Shan-xi Watershapers do not need to be killed when fighting these NPCs. Simply stand in the way of their Lifestream beam so they heal you instead of the Mogu, and they'll eventually die on their own.

Shamans using the 风行图腾 will make this trash a lot easier since that gets rid of the debuff.

A paladin's Hand of Freedom removes stacks of Stone Block. Judging from that and other comments on this page, I would assume the same applies to anything that breaks movement-imparing effects, such as Fade (with Phantasm), Dispersion, Burst of Speed, and Blazing Speed.

Edit: I can confirm that Safeguard and Master's Call both clear your stacks of Stone Block.

While Blink doesn't clear the stacks added by these mobs, you can use it to break out of the stun when you reach 10 stacks.
