In the lore, Xoroth is a Legion World. Dreadsteeds and Dreadlords come from Xoroth, but I guess there are some Eredar, too.

The absolute best place to farm Felcloth that I've been able to find as of War Within is 100% the cave in Winterspring with a bunch of random mobs and Arcane Tesseracts that can be found at 54:64. Every single Xorothian demon in this cave has a decent chance to drop some (satyrs, imps, eredar). I ran the entirety of Dire Maul earlier and only got 2 Felcloth in the entire run but in about 5mins in this cave I'm up to 14 Felcloth. Plus, being in Winterspring, you have a low chance to also receive world drop items like the Lofty set for plate wearers which normally sells for quite a bit on the AH since it's a bunch of unique appearances only available through rare world drops (and it's a very... revealing... set). I cannot recommend farming in this cave enough, it's been a life saver for me.
