My god. Is it just me or is this npc a tribute to a character of Flintlocke's Guide to Azeroth?

Indeed, this is the character from Flintlocke's Guide to Azeroth (A hilarious read for any WoW fan).

She is just missing her spider pet.

"You're covered in what looks like.... chowder. - I'd give you a hug, but you know. Chowder."

Made me laugh... and feel like taking a shower.

While flying, she says a few things:

Hop on!

Hold on tight! I'll take care of the flying, you focus on the wildlife below.

From the air, you should be able to cast your protective ward on whole groups of animals at once.

Whitetail deer have been repopulating this whole area.

Hold on, the updraft from the fires can be fierce.

Moonstalkers displaced by the fires patrol this stand, we need to keep them safe!

Look below - some of those thistle bears haven't been consumed yet. We're not too late.

Why would anyone want to dig up something so horrific? I'm convinced those things are behind what's happening to the animals here.
