These things usually happen when someone loots something with a different mob/object targeted. It could be that all the dream shards were from DE-happy enchanters, with some shiny blues, while these guys lay bleeding on the floor.

edit: what! this happens in ZF too with the graves and the zombies. Don't believe me? Read the comments.

Wowhead shows it as 0.1% drop from Zul'Farrak Zombie because it registers as loot from the zombies when someone has a zombie targeted while looting this item from a grave.

This item doesn't drop from the zombies at all.

Didn't drop for me, maybe it's in Heroic only, because i think i was in normal.

And much better to go Utgarde Pinnacle and kill those elites, they drop lots of blues and respawn fast.
