Commencing Midnight Season 2 Dundun is now appearing inside Delves above Level 3.

When you enter a Delve use your macro:

/cleartarget
/tar Dundun
/stopmacro
/ping

Make your way to him and interact with the 'object' Dundun hides behind.
You may need to use it again later in the delve to find him if his not close to the entrance.

I'd be cautious on this tho early in season two when you have few Restored Coffer Keys.
Reports on the quality of the contents of his "abundant chests" diminish after the first you open.
And opening one of these chests will consume one of your max 6 Restored coffer Keys for the week.
Having an effect on running Bountiful Delves in that week.

I suspect Dundun is future proofing you for later in the season when you out-gear L11 Delves.
Yet have an abundance of Restored coffer Keys and little initiative to otherwise run Delves.
Of course you may wish to run them as a quick accessible source of other currencies and resources like Marl.
