Tough ol' bastard, plus he drops a pool of poison at his feet every few seconds, so you have to keep moving around a lot. The poison spreads out and leeches your health away. Watch out for the numerous mobs in the area or you'll end up with an army on you. Might be easier as ranged, definitely with a pet... but as melee this fight sucks.

Be prepared to heal yourself up, this guy deals insane melee damage.

Managed to take this bozo down on lvl 252 as ret. paladin, but only after buying some potions and consumables. Absolutely avoid every single enemy in the area and keep moving, the poison he spawns is devastating.

This guy is massively easy to kill as a item level 220 warlock. Do it when you have the quest Respect De Totem from Dak'zor. The NPC will tank for you and all you have to do is stay out of green stuff. I stood under the bridge directly behind him. Also you can use the Shadras gift item that you have for the quest to use on him to poison him. Easy peasy 1 minute kill.
