Odd little tidbit, when i was doing the alliance quest, The Fallen Sisters, the quest item didn't work on one mob, said it was an invalid target, so i killed it, and it dropped a blue, nifty.

These nymphs aren't chill at all. Every time I walk by within 10 feet of them, they just get &*!@ed beyond belief and try to kill me...

In order for the pendant to work, the Chill Nymphs have to be brought down to about 30% health. An emote will appear saying "Chill Nymph appears weak!", and then you can zap 'em back to sanity.
