This is part of the Adversial Blood quest.

You need 10 time-lost scrolls from time-lost skettis (need the potion from turning in 6 shadow dust at Skybringer outpost) then you find a skull and have the option of summoning her.

She drops ONE claw even in a group and is very easy to kill with 2 people. She summons weak adds (~500, 7 or 8) and spams frostbolt. There is 100% drop of a bop blue as well.

Easily duoable with a SL lock and Shadow priest. Might very well be soloable, at least with the lock; intent to try that later.

Soloable depending on your class. I got him down to just a hair of life left using a resto shaman. Used fire elemental for the (very) weak adds and grounding totems for his bolts.

Easily soloable, but you must make sure to interrupt the Curse of Mending, because if you miss it even once, you'll keep healing him to full health for 3 minutes. He casts it every ~15 seconds. Also have a light AoE to deal with pestering mini-summons.
