I actually killed it (obv no mount sadly). Not sure how someone was able to summon it, but its spawn was around South-West, in an oily swimming pool. We had to "cleanse" the oil there for it to be summoned (WQ like the other 4 summons).

40.2, 92.0 are indeed the coords.

EDIT : Not sure why I'm getting downvoted - this proves that there exists a way to spawn it before next week and S2.

EDIT2 : In retrospect, this was clearly a bug, people had access to the Darkfuse Rep before S2 and should probably never have been possible

To Start the Encounter you need to buy 暗索溶液罐 which is sold by 希奇·内幕 <Darkfuse Solutions Quartermaster> for 100 共鸣水晶
Sitch Lowdown has not been found by me yet, but the name "Lowdown" suggests that he might have a spawn timer and may not remain spawned for long.

Someone said they have a bug and they can see the vendor while others can't. The vendor is in the sewers at

/way 29 41

but others can't see it. He summoned the rare for our raid group and someone got the mount:

暗索谍眼飞行器 is a rare drop from 暗索沉淀剂, which can be spawned by someone at Renown 6 with 安德麦财阀, and Friendly with 暗索处理服务.
To spawn the rare, the person with the previously mentioned requirements can buy a 暗索溶液罐 from 希奇·内幕 and insert it on the pylon at /way #2346 40.6 91.8 Darkfuse Precipitant
This reputation is unlocked post-raid completion and will not be available until you have killed Gallywix during the campaign.

1. Drop chance doesn't seem too terrible. Roughly 2 drops per 40 man raid.
2. 暗索谍眼飞行器 is tradeable between raid members.
3. The boss can be respawned infinitely, no respawn timer.
4. Weekly chance on the mount per character.

Once you kill Gallywix and complete the quest for killing him head to the hotel and on the table will be a quest note which leads you to unlocking the rep which allows you to see Sitch Lowdown

I highly suspect this is a WEEKLY lockout per character, as I killed it yesterday as a rare elite (silver crest) and today, killed it again, and it was a regular (gold crest) elite. If you are looking to farm the 暗索谍眼飞行器 mount, bring all your alts for a weekly kill!

When spawning this rare, it's technically a World Quest and you may not get credit for completion if you're in a raid. I was in a scrap-farming raid when I killed him first and didn't get any rep. Killing him the next day not in a group gave me the rep.

I killed the rare with 18 characters (without being in a raid) across the two accounts I have, and the mount dropped from the rare. It's important to note that the mount doesn't come from completing the World Quest, but directly from the rare. I didn't kill it repeatedly with just one character.

People need to know this rare and the 4 others you summon are WEEKLY not all day, been farming this on 1 toon to summon lvl 70s to kill and loot for 9+ hours, if it was 1 toon i would of had a ton of mounts to give to the people im doing the event for.

been doing it for awhile now acutally its weekly but lvl 70s! can kill and loot just need to be summoned why i use my warlock to summon rare and summon everyone, im doing same toon bc its a warlock so i can SUMMON all lvl 70+ toons to kill it i got mount already so i dont need to switch

This is definitely at least a daily kill, not weekly. Been killing it every day on a few characters and it's been marked as a rare elite each time.

Just unsure if the mount can be farmed from it on the same character throughout the day like the Gallagio Garbage mount.

When killing this NPC, you get two tracking quests marked as completed. I suspect one is for the "world quest", the other is the NPC kill. So we can use them to check whether you've done the NPC for the week yet:

how many of you still killing this? i am at 97 try now and still no mount. i bring all my 80level toons to kill it every week.

No longer seems to drop market research more than one per day per account, My rogue got the ususal 20 then when I did it on 2 other alts they only got a grey item

Edit: Just killed him again today and only got a grey item again so I guess they made it weekly per account
