His location is in Cenarion Refuge in Zangarmarsh.

Druid of the Talon was a Nelf unit from WC3. I dont really remember what abilitys the had, but they could become birdies.

Could be a reference to the norse god Odin, who also has two crows as pets.

For those of you trying to find this NPC he is located in a cave of which the entrance is the big tree located at 41.25/79.51 inside your level 3 Garrison.(beside the tree you will see Druid of the Talon NPC's) Morthis gives you the Quest "Garrison Campaign: Crows In The Field"
