i found them at 37.84 49.90, they spawned a dew times i think.
missed 1 spawn and got another after a few minutes

I got a good shot of them by standing on one of the two docks in the lake by Sunspring Post.

The docks by Sunspring Post are the best place to photograph these rare, hard to find birds.
UPDATE: The best place is the floating islands in the sky above the docks.

Found them easy to photograph standing on the hill around /way 37, 61, facing west or northwest. Good luck!

I found a nice area to photograph these birds at the southern edge of Lake Sunspring where there are 4 unlit campfires. The birds get very close here.

They spawn in flocks of 4-6 birds up on the floating rock above Sunspring Post Lake.

I've just encountered these flying below the map in Zangamarsh in the original Outland. ._.

Only saw their nameplates, but my RareScanner alert, which I had created for the Love Event, fired an alert.
