I'm trying to turn in the Lucky Ducky quest, but he phases out every time I get close.

When you enter the cave and get close to the water Cinnam will disappear. When you move back across the water and far enough away he will say something about being able to smell you, which doesn't appear in the chat window. There are incense baskets around Loamm, but the buff they give you is removed before you can even get to the cave, which seems to be a zone thing, because it has a 5 min timer. It seems to me that the goal is to hide or mask your scent, so that he will not hide. There is also a fungus inside the cave that will grow on you, and what appears to be a small group of crystal folk that you can pluck from the ground. Maybe related, but not able to piece it together. Hope this helps us figure it out.

If you're trying to finish the quest Lucky Ducky, but are having the issue where Cinnam keeps phasing out, exit the save he's in, and mount up on your dragon mount. Take off, aim back towards the cave, and use Surge forward. You should be able to reach Cinnam with more than enough time to turn in your quest!
