Low hp and low medium armor. He stands, together with Ripp, near Worg Master Kruush and all 3 will attack you at the same time most of the time. The main treat here is the worgmaster. So if you can't neutralize him. kill him first. Otherwise just stun/fear/sap etc the worg master and kill his pets first. You can ofcourse sleep/neutralize his pets first and kill the worg master too.

Two worgs in Zeth'Gor are named Ripp and Feng, a possible reference to Farmer Maggot's dogs Grip and Fang from The Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Poor Feng has been chained up for a while. He can't seem to move and bugs everytime i engage the worg master. He's been like this for a long time, i'd almost say since 3.0.
