I'd say about an 8 minute repsawn. I was waiting at the above coords for quite awhile. He sticks out, has a knockback and a very easy kill.

If possible, you should do Familiar Fungi (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9708 ) at the same time. Boss Grog'ak drops one of the 'shrooms needed.

its really easy to get there without fighting and kill him from behind without facing his guards... but i had to kill him 3 times anyway - he had not got his own head lol :D

He is really easy. Killed him with lvl 62 holy pala. Knocked me back twice and i didn't loosed more than 1k hp. P.S.: HE has a nice bra :P

The quest is WANTED: Boss Grog'ak

Coordinates are 34, 35.
He has a Cleave, which knocks you back a few meters.
He is Easily Solo'able for most classes from level 62.
Can be Chained with Familiar Fungi Obtained from Leesa'oh

He's actually surprisingly easy to kill for a named mob, you'd think Blizz would at least make him a bit more difficult. He seems to have less armor/hp than the rest of the ogres in the area, since he dies so fast to feral druid melee.

he knocks you back far,so make sure there's no mobs behind you when fighting him

When I killed him, he respawned in about one minute. Plus, he was a super easy kill.

Now respawns in less than a minute. Used him to collect the Mushroom Samples for Familiar Fungi as the other ogres have very bad drop rates. Killed him ten times and got a Mushroom Sample each time.
