Huge elite rare.
Hard to solo, he spawns south of the main base

Kroke the Tormented rare is a part of 征服刻希亚 achievement.

He appears to spawn based on killing some number of 被折磨的歼灭者. After a few are killed, he spawns instantly the second the last one dies. Not sure about the exact number, but it's a very quick process.

Note that one of the Demolishers can be in lower level of the cave on the north side of the area, in case you're not finding any. However, they also aren't up at all on some days.

Alright.
So Kroke seems to be only able to trigger, when specific quests are up. I tried to farm him yesterday and not even one 被折磨的歼灭者 was there. But with Quests in those zone also the 被折磨的歼灭者 were up.

Today the Quest 还施彼身 is up (currently only available in the PTR database)
And with this quest as well the Demolishers and also the rar 被折磨者克娄克.

I will update each quest, where I will see the Demolishers up.

Todays Quest in the zone and Kroke was up:
04.07.2021: 还施彼身
06.07.2021: 邮件问题
08.07.2021: 还施彼身
09.07.2021: 深入行动：学者之家
13.07.2021: 邮件问题

~~Also I have the feeling that Kroke does bring 吞噬 with him, as both are always up at the same days so far.~~
09.07.2021: Kroke was up, but Consumption wasn't.

I will stop tracking from today on, seems that was not quite accurate - but the guess might be right in its core.

All Tmogs from Kroke are lootable by plate. It'll just take a looong time.

Has anyone met the buy in 2023?
I never saw him, and reading comments it seems bugged, so i wanted to be sure before making a bug report!

edit: apparently yes according to a comment on one of the Tmog the rare drops
