Important - (there is a bug sometimes)
If you don't see a percentage progress bar before the boss mob spawns any kills won't count towards spawning it.

To get the progress bar to show:
In the Tremaculum there is a teleporter pad by the stairs that ports you up a level step on the pad, go up and step again to go back down. It fixed it for me. Otherwise I don't think the boss will spawn for you to kill it.

This spawned Naelcrotix for me and did not give credit for manifistation of pain which was the spawn on wowhead for this given time, bug or am I lost?
