These Tormentors of Torghast have random spawn.
All Tormentors list: 冰冷黑暗的爪牙.

Not sure if this is just a recent thing, or a long term thing... Golmak and only Golmak has been failing to spawn for two days in a row as-of October 10-11, 2021... every other Tormentor has been spawning except this one (I literally went to every 2 hour spawn, and two days in a row, Golmak failed to spawn). Hopefully Blizzard will get this fixed, but I thought i'd post this here if anyone else thinks they're alone on this (plenty of people in zone were complaining about the failed spawn).

Obviously, if this boss never spawns again, it will kinda put a kink into anyone's plans of getting the 冰冷黑暗的爪牙 achievement.

19.12.21 did not spawn at 2pm, still buggy

Today, 2022-09-21, Golmak didnt spawn at 00:00 st. BUT, when the next Tormentor spawn (Sentinel Pyrophus) at 2:00 22-09-2022, both of them appears in the same location.
