These shades are found in the hallways leading to the 5th floor in kharazan (after the Curator, and the first set of trash mobs in the library). They can cast a variety of spells (for a minor amount of damage) and can also 'vanish' akin to warp stalkers - often making them adds.

They can be shackled by priests and turned by paladins.

From my experience, they tend to have a high chance to resist Freezing Trap, and when they don't, the trap lasts a few seconds. Shackle is the recommended method of CC.
