Keep moving around him, especially once he starts casting 震地猛击. It will be aimed at where you were standing once the cast begins. Don't worry too much about the 翻腾黑暗 as it doesn't drain much sanity & you can take a few hits from that and still get him down, as long as you don't cop too many 震地猛击. If you are a pet class do not be complacent about the Slam's, they will still be aimed at you even if your pet has all the threat!

Thrall only has 2 abilities normally: Seismic Slam and Surging Darkness. The slam hits and stuns in front of him, so just move to the side. Sugring Darkness covers either the center of the room, or the outer part of the room in darkness that hurts you. Move out of it. He also gains abilities based on which of the other bosses you've killed during your run.

Killing the Oblivion Elemental (valley of spirits) gives him Hopelessness, which pacifies your character. Run to the little orb of light to remove the debuff.

Inquisitor Gnshal (the drag) gives him Cries of the Void. He puts up a damage shield and starts casting, dealing the shield's remaining health as damage to you when he finishes. Save your burst for this and you'll probably be able to break the shield completely before he finishes casting.

Vez'okk the Lightless (valley of honor) gives him Defiled Ground, replacing his slam attack. This ability is effectively the same as his Seismic Slam, but leaves large patches of shadow on the ground as well as stun you. The ability can potentially cover the entire room over the course of the fight, so try to keep Thrall facing towards the closest wall to minimize the amount of defiled ground.

Finally, Rexxar gives Thrall a pair of Void Boars. These guys aren't all that threatening physically, but their attacks drain sanity over time. As your sanity is likely to be low after fighting the other bosses, killing them is your #1 priority.
