If you don't want to enter an Alterac Valley battleground to buy these things, then you can go to Jorek Ironside in Hillsbrad Foothills instead. Much better than waiting in the battleground queue or gimping your faction's victory attempt.

Grunnda Wolfheart and Jorek Ironside are the Frostwolf Supply officer's. Grunda is inside the AV and Jorek in Hillsbrad Foothills.
Rutherford Twing is the Defilers Supply officer
Kelm Hargunth is the Warsong Supply officer

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I've completed and 时空战士 on the characters able to use these items, and still can't see these specific transmog items for purchase. Maybe they aren't available in 2023, or maybe more bugs, who knows?
