Their Boulder ability (Counterspell doesn't seem to work on it) has a minimum range. Thus, they have an exploitable dead zone (stand about 8 yards away and they can't do anything). It's easiest for Mages and Druids to take advantage of this.
For some reason, those guys keep dropping 2 different instances of Runecloth to me. They stack up just fine together, except I can't seem to fill in a stack of 19 runecloth(it's stuck on 19 and wont go up to 20).
Yeah, I notice that a lot. In the loot window there'll be some coins, Runecloth x 2, then, below that, Runecloth x 3. No complaints here, though
In my opinion this is the best mob to farm for runecloth. High droprate, high spawnrate and it is crowded.
Man, these guys have the old school Earth Shock... the one with the intterupt effect... im jealous
Twilight Geolords, or, as they are very famous on our server, the Twilight Gaylords.
Twilight Geolords now "scale to level" -- they were lvl 102 for my level 102 Demon Hunter.
Thesae are no longer the same mobs I was used to farming, different loot tables and everything! , dont bother farming these, (took me 10 hours of farming for green loot to figure this out).
Unsure of the reason, but while I've been farming AQ 10 and 40 for set pieces across all classes (collecting), I've noticed groups of druids farming these mobs constantly. They don't respond and I can't understand the reason why? Is it the Encoded Messages? Greens?
