Here is the Dragonflight Beta dungeon tuning for the current build which includes more Halls of Valor reworks!
A quick summary of the biggest changes:
Algeth'ar Academy:
Crawth's Tornadoes are now slower.
The Echo of Doragosa's Rifts now take 4 stacks to spawn (was 3) and last for only 120 seconds (was 300 seconds).
Azure Vaults:

deals slightly less damage.
Leymor's

now is larger, making it easier to clear all the trees.
Umbrelskul's

now caps at 70% movement speed (was 50%) but no longer gains a permanent damage buff when the stacks are removed.

Halls of Valor

The nasty tank bleed from

has been reverted to be a standard tankbuster with no bleed.

The Echo of Doragosa's arcane attacks leave wild energy on players they hit, increasing damage they inflict by 5%. This effect stacks and erupts into an Arcane Rift at 34 applications.
