We're hiring again on Wowhead, currently looking for a Content Manager to oversee our new Diablo section, including news and guides! We have been experimenting with Diablo content on Wowhead this past year, and with the success of Diablo II: Resurrected, we want to take things to the next level with a dedicated full-time manager.

Wowhead is seeking a Content Manager who is passionate about Diablo to join our all-remote team. Wowhead has an excellent reputation within the Warcraft community, providing the very best information and tools to players for that franchise, and we are looking to expand our content offerings into the Diablo franchise at a similar high-quality level.
We are a small but effective team that communicates via text chat and voice meetings. We’re interested in applicants from many regions, but to maintain coordination with the team you’ll need to be available during traditional daytime US work hours. Due to the nature of unpredictable game releases, some atypical hours are occasionally needed.
As the Content Manager for Diablo on Wowhead, you will oversee news and guide production, recruit specialist writers, and assist with planning website features. You will be working closely with the site manager, developers, and guide writers on Wowhead to set up coverage and tools on upcoming Diablo games like Diablo Immortal and Diablo IV. You should be passionate about Diablo, and are familiar with the Blizzard community as well as content creation, to identify the best guide topics to cover and freelancers for each subject. You should also have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of integrity and organization, as well as excellent communication skills. You will also ensure that Wowhead's quality standards are followed for helpful, detailed, and well-constructed written content that is also optimized for SEO. An ideal candidate will have familiarity with digital creation, project management, or editorial leadership.
This is the perfect role for someone that loves Diablo and has always wished Wowhead would cover their favorite game.
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and execution of Wowhead.com's Diablo content creation and site features.
Oversee the day-to-day site operations, including managing the writing and editing teams for Diablo, as well as coordinating with other content managers on the site to maintain a steady stream of news content
Manage content production for upcoming game launches in the Diablo franchise, creating a variety of content for casual and hardcore players including pre-launch overviews, launch breaking news, and post-launch endgame topics
Develop workflows that enable writers, producers, and editors to work efficiently and effectively to publish detailed and SEO-optimized content on our platforms
Assist on driving a vision set forth by Wowhead's Site Director and think strategically on new digital audience growth opportunities
Qualifications
A deep familiarity with Diablo game systems, mechanics and gameplay
A track record of creating educational content in gaming, as well as understanding of SEO trends
Strong analytical skills, using traffic and other tools to effectively shape popular content
Strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to delegate and prioritize assignments effectively
Familiarity with the online guides industry and game launches, understanding how popular content changes over time
BA/BS from an accredited university
A team leader in content management
Adept as an entrepreneurial self-starter
Excellent ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
Can push self and others to achieve and excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent business and people decision-making skills
Reliable and diligent with relentless attention to detail
