Keystone Master Requirements Increased to Account for 2 New Mythic+ Dungeons

In the latest PTR build, the Keystone Master, Keystone Conqueror and Keystone Explorer rating requirements have been increased in Shadowlands Season 3 to account for the two additional wings of Tazavesh.
While these look like buffs, this is to account for the fact that two new Mythic+ dungeons will be added in Season 3 with Tazavesh: Streets of Wonder and Tazavesh: Sol'eah's Gambit. On average, players will still need to complete a +15 on both

and

for each dungeon to earn Keystone Master, except this time, it will require 4 additional dungeons when compared to Season 2.
