SamadanTSM Public Web APITradeSkillMaster We are excited to announce that we are launching a brand new public web API! If you aren’t sure what this means, you can probably stop reading here and just keep an eye on for new spreadsheets and other out-of-game tools from our favorite content creators and other community members.

Background
We launched the original version of our public API back in early 2016 to allow our users and 3rd party developers to integrate our pricing data in their spreadsheets and other out-of-game tools, websites, and programs. However, we took this version of our public API down at the beginning of Shadowlands as we worked behind the scenes on an extensive (and still ongoing) process of rebuilding all of the backend infrastructure and services which generate TSM pricing data and power our website and desktop application. As part of this, we’ve been working hard on bringing online a new version of our API which leverages this new infrastructure, and we’re finally ready to make it public.

Features
The list of API endpoints we are releasing today covers all the same AuctionDB pricing data you would find in-game from realm-specific min buyout and market value, to region-wide sale prices and rates. This includes both base items and battle pets. This should enable a wide range out-of-game website and tools to leverage TSM’s data to build some great user experiences for gold-makers.

Just finished creating all of my TSM groups for Wrath since it comes out on Monday. This has one base group with several sub groups so that I could do a single export. Hope someone else can benefit from my hours of work this evening!

Ultimate Guide to Selling Battle PetsSarranuva Hi all,

I've just created a video that will hopefully help people who are looking to get into making gold from Battle Pets - particularly evaluating their existing collection.

It includes a comprehensive TSM Group split by Rarity and Type (built on u/Wooraah's profiles in https://www.reddit.com/r/woweconomy/comments/t9gw6y/tsm_updated_battle_pets_import_strings_for_92/) to allow for quicker post/cancel scans as well as a look into the Magpie tool.

Let me know what you think of it and if there are any other things I have missed:

Mission Tables on PTRu/teelows
I have been checking the PTR regularly since it came out. There have been a few patches, with no changes.

I have two test cases:

A character copied over with missions waiting to be turned in. I click the button to finish them, the UI pops up, but the combat log never loads, the rewards never go into my bag.
A character copied over with no missions sent out. I open a mission, chuck some random followers in, and Send them. It plays an animation, then... nothing. The mission is still on the list, unsent.

There have been a few PTR patches and it hasn't changed.

This applies to ALL Mission Tables. Garrison. Order Hall. War. Covenant. They have wrapped the Mission Tables with an annoying dialogue box, so you can't just click the table and have the UI popup anymore. You have to click the table, then click the option in the dialogue box, then the UI pops up. Then, the table doesn't work.

I have been told third-hand that the table is working on the Beta. But that still means we'll have all of pre-patch with broken tables if Blizzard doesn't do something before release.
I’m in beta and you can’t even zone into old raids. I tried to go into all the BFA raids to test if I can solo them at 70 and none of them are turned on. I wouldn’t worry about mission tables not working. They want our focus to be on testing DF content and nothing else.The removal of gold missions is no surprise. They were removed in BFA when the Shadowlands pre-patch hit too. There was no announcement - they just disappeared on patch day. Even ones sent the previous day were gone or rewards changed to resources.

Mission table on the PTR is bugged? Meh. It's probably because the backend of them requires services that they didn't bother running on the PTR. Remember they are designed to integrate into the companion app.

What are you hoping to do with the table during prepatch anyway? I might farm a few more pet charms but nothing else will have much use for me.Just tested on beta and gold missions are gone, but all other missions are there, also calling trash gold is nerfed.

Paragon cache and patterns within patterns is not nerfed yet, but probably getting nerfed next.We're not getting new mission tables so I'm assuming the goal is to move away from passive farms in general.

It's possible we still see some vendor shuffles emerge but I imagine whatever the DF version of callings/emissaries end up being will be the primary method for making gold with alts.

We're also getting an updated version of the renown system with the different factions so maybe a weekly tied to that as well like the 1000 anima quest we get now?

Either way, I think the goal is to shift gold making to a more active approach again.Further Reading/r/woweconomyDiscord Server
