Sylvanas has a whole new look for Shadowlands, to reflect her affiliation with the Jailer. Though it's still not clear what her end game is, we do know we will learn more if we continue to progress Torghast, so keep climbing that tower!

Kyrian Concept Art & Models
The Kyrian of Bastion and their Stewards have a unique look, to reflect their commitment to the Path. Kyrian who have turned away from the Path and joined the Jailer become Forsworn. Like Sylvanas, their look changes with their new loyalties.
