The reputation requirements for the Rank 3 Reputation Essences appears to has been moved to Revered down from Exalted. If you have the Uldum Accord and Rajani reputations at Revered, you can now buy Rank 3 Breath of the Dying, Touch of the Everlasting and Spirit of Preservation.
Major Power
(Passive)
Rank 1:
Your next death is prevented, and you instead regenerate to 20% of your maximum health and take 85% reduced damage for 3 sec. Cannot occur more often than once per 10 min.
Rank 2:
Your next death is prevented, and you instead regenerate to 40% of your maximum health and take 85% reduced damage for 3 sec. Cannot occur more often than once per 10 min.
Rank 3:
Your next death is prevented, and you instead regenerate to 40% of your maximum health and take 85% reduced damage for 3 sec. Cannot occur more often than once per 10 min.
Minor Power
Rank 1:
When you fall below 35% health, gain 201 Avoidance for 15 sec, and your next Active Mitigation will last 30% longer. This can only occur once every 1.5 min. Unique: Corruption Resistance increased by 10.
Rank 2:
When you fall below 35% health, gain 201 Avoidance for 15 sec, and your next Active Mitigation will last 30% longer. This can only occur once every 60 sec. Unique: Corruption Resistance increased by 10.
Rank 3:
When you fall below 35% health, gain 201 Avoidance for 15 sec, and your next Active Mitigation will last 30% longer. This can only occur once every 60 sec. Unique: Corruption Resistance increased by 10.

Burn your target with a bolt of Azerite, dealing 52365 Fire damage. If the target has less than 20% health or more than 80% health, the cooldown is reduced by 30 sec. If Reaping Flames kills an enemy, its cooldown is lowered to 5 sec and it will deal 100% increased damage on its next use.

Your spells and abilities have a chance to strike your target for 21245 Fire damage. Unique: Corruption Resistance increased by 10.
Rank 2:
Your spells and abilities have a chance to strike your target for 21245 Fire damage, and heal you for 50% of the damage dealt. Unique: Corruption Resistance increased by 10.
Rank 3:
Your spells and abilities have a chance to strike your target for 12944 Fire damage, and heal you for 50% of the damage dealt. If your target is below 20% health, the chance for extra damage is increased by 400%. Unique: Corruption Resistance increased by 10.

Every 5 sec, gain Devout Spirit, causing your next Quick Heal to heal for an additional 1595, stacking up to 5 times. Each stack of Devout Spirit consumed increases the critical strike chance of your next Quick Heal within 6 sec by 20%. Unique: Corruption Resistance increased by 10.
