Phase 2 of the Dragonflight Pre-Patch event is available this week, and with it, we have the

Battle Pet! This pet uses one of the new Storm Elemental models added in Dragonflight.
This Battle Pet is obtained from the quest
A Primal Threat
, obtainable after finishing the Dragon Isles introduction questline. This quest requires you to obtain 10 Primal Mote drops from any mobs in Invasion areas.
As this quest requires grinding the pre-patch mobs, this battle pet will very likely no longer be available with the expansion release on November 28th.
