Patch 8.1 Tides of Vengeance December 13th Hotfixes - Ember Elementals, Quests, and PvP Fixes

Survival
Fixed an issue causing Mongoose Fury to incorrectly apply new stacks before the damage from 猫鼬撕咬 was dealt, instead of after.

艾泽拉斯之心

(Elemental Shaman) Fixed an issue that sometimes caused Echo of the Elementals to summon two 灰烬元素s after 火元素 expired.

奥特兰克山谷
Fixed a bug that caused players to be unable to spawn at Stonehearth Graveyard after dying.

Frostwhelp's Indignation (艾泽里特 trait) now correctly damages players in addition to granting mastery.
Raise Abomination will now correctly attack neutral creatures if the player is in combat with them.

Discipline
Fixed a bug that prevented 三位一体 from providing additional critical strike chance to 强化惩击, 苦修, and 暗影魔.
Fixed a bug that caused Trinity to stop applying Atonement to targets after 3 are active.

Affliction
Fixed a bug that caused Gateway Mastery to reduce the duration of the 恶魔传送门 debuff by more than 15 seconds.

(With server restarts in each region) Fixed a bug that caused repeatable quests, such as Pet Battle dailies or Blingtron, to reset incorrectly.
Fixed an issue where Alliance players could not turn in "An End to the Killing" to King Anduin Wrynn in 暴风城 if they were also on the quest "On Whispered Winds".
All NPCs related to “The Right Mech for the Job” should now be visible, even when a Faction Assault is active.
Fixed an issue where certain players could see multiple copies of Anduin, Velen, and Genn in the Stormwind War Room.
