The Patch 8.1 hotfixes for December 14th include the Elixir of Tongues for sale, a buff to the Bursting affix, and a fix to the Grievous affix. Most notable, however, are the many changes to dungeon trash, which should improve the Mythic+ experience for those who like to chain runs keys.
Several dungeons like Freehold were extremely popular to run for high M+ keys, while others were a nightmare to run due to more unforgiving trash packs. With the change in Patch 8.1 that prevented players from deleting Mythic Keystones, dungeon balance was needed to make the worst dungeons more balanced to complete.
