Ol' Emma from Before the Storm found in Oribos

is a character from Christie Golden's
Before the Storm
, the novel that came out a little before
Battle for Azeroth
, and she's been spotted in Oribos.
Once she's appeared, Emma can be found in the Hall of Holding, speaking with
帕科瓦·芬塔拉斯
, another character from the book. You will need to complete

, the quest that sends you into the Twisting Corridors, before these characters will appear.
Emma is one of the humans that were chosen to take part in the Gathering, an experiment that King Anduin organized to see if living Humans and their former loved ones who are now Undead could help bridge the divide between living and undead by reforming relationships with one another. Emma's loved ones were her three sons, Jem, Jack, and Jake Felstone, who died during the Third War before being raised by Lady Sylvanas Windrunner. At the reunion, as Emma and her sons tearfully hugged each other, she was so overwhelmed she even began to struggle to breathe.
Like all the Forsaken that took part in the Gathering, Emma's three sons were killed on Sylvanas's orders when things went wrong. Emma broke down, crying that she was all alone now, but was comforted by
帕科瓦·芬塔拉斯
, who promised that they would always take care of each other. Emma's sons were buried, along with their fellow Undead, in Arathi Highlands. The graves
can be visited as they were added in
Battle for Azeroth
.
Emma seems to have journeyed to the
Shadowlands
with Philia, who has kept her promise of always being there for her friend. Emma is intent on finding her sons. She does not appear be aware that all souls have been going to The Maw for a while, and this would include the souls of the Forsaken who died that day. If you speak to Emma, she will say,
Oh, hello. You look like you know your way around these parts.
Have you seen my sons, Jem, Jack, and Jake? They should be here somewhere.
I'm not leaving until I find my boys. I won't lose them again!
Hopefully, we will be able to find and rescue the souls of Jem, Jack, and Jake, and maybe even organize a reunion that won't end in tragedy!
