After the weekly maintenance in your region, a new Torghast Quest is available from Bolvar in Oribos, which is a continuation of the quest chain from last week. Make sure you pick it up before your Weekly Torghast completion as this quest will reward you with 100 Soul Ash!

last week, Bolvar will have a new quest available this week! You can visit him in Oribos, or he'll automatically send you the quest when you zone into Torghast.
