New Feature - Starter Talent Builds on the Dragonflight Beta

Blizzard has begun adding Starter Talent Builds to the Dragonflight Beta. Currently only available to the Evoker class, the Starter Build is a preset talent loadout which helps familiarize players with their new talent trees.
Rather than simply learning an entire set of predetermined talents for you, the Starter Build Guided Experience instead holds players' hands through allocating every individual talent point - as each is selected, a new talent is highlighted for players to select next, while attempting to talent outside of this preset path will issue a warning however, indicating that it is an all-or-nothing deal.
