Mythic N'Zoth's Paranoia Overtuned in Pre-Patch - Deals Almost 3 Times More Damage

Those brave enough to face Mythic N'Zoth on Pre-Patch day have found out that N'Zoth's Paranoia mechanic is dealing much more relative damage in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch. We've determined Paranoia is dealing about 3 times more relative damage in the Pre-Patch compared to Battle for Azeroth.
Paranoia Overtuned in Pre-Patch
When comparing the damage of Paranoia to the Health of players in the Pre-Patch vs. Battle for Azeroth, Paranoia is doing almost 3 times as much relative damage in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch as in Battle for Azeroth.
Using the Health pools of ~600k for Battle for Azeroth and ~23k for Shadowlands Pre-Patch, here is how much each tick of Paranoia does in both raw damage and percentage health. Both of these values are before any mitigation including Versatility and Defensives.

Analysis and Conclusion
With our new health pools, Paranoia is roughly dealing 3 times more relative damage after the Pre-Patch. This means that players will die about 3 times faster unless they link to their partner.
After 4 seconds of not linking to your partner:
Paranoia will deal about 85% of your Health in the Pre-Patch.
Paranoia did about 30% of your Health in Battle for Azeroth.
To kill Mythic N'Zoth in this state, players will need to link up with their partner very very quickly. Anymore than 4 seconds, and it's very likely a death. Hopefully this is just a tuning bug that will be fixed before many guilds raid tomorrow.
