With week 3 of Season 3 starting, players have finished gathering enough

to start rolling their first random Azerite pieces. However, some players have noticed that one item isn't being awarded at all when using
泰坦残血精华
to buy a random Azerite Piece:

Players noticed that because the piece is the Best in Slot Azerite shoulders for Shadow

s, as there is no Azerite piece in Eternal Palace contains their preferred traits,

. The suspicion started in the Priest Discord and was later reinforced by looking at Warcraft Logs.
When looking there, you can filter rankings of players using specific gear pieces. However, there are no
Mythic logs using the Azerite piece
, which is highly unlikely, as most Shadow Priests looking to spend their

gambling would go for that slot. Besides that. Heroic logs only
show two parses using the 420 version
, which was able to be acquired directly last season by saving enough
泰坦残血精华
, and a
Normal log using an ilvl 400 version
, which can be obtained from Mythic 0

as its base item level has been increased to 400.
With all this evidence, a player named
Znuff
has decided to spend his
泰坦残血精华
in cheap random ilvl 415 tokens to test the hypothesis further, making a video showing his results.
The video shows that the player in question doesn't get any
晋升仪式披肩
from the random rolls, even trying many different times. With all this, players looking to obtain
晋升仪式披肩
should probably wait for further confirmation before spending their
泰坦残血精华
in an attempt to get it from rolls.
Note that, while only surfacing now, this issue might not be something new. The bug might've been present since the introduction of the
泰坦残血精华
system back in 8.1, but, as Battle of Dazar'alor had BiS shoulders dropping in the raid for Shadow Priest, players never noticed it before.
