Love is in the Air has started in Asian regions and players have observed that the required level to obtain

Edit: Blue post announcing the change from level 60 to 50.
This restriction doesn't fall in line with the previous editions, which required the level cap of the previous expansion to obtain

We intend for the Big Love Rocket to drop in boxes available to players at level 50 and higher.
We’ll get this setting fixed as quickly as we can.

Players can obtain

once a day per character by queueing for the special Shadowfang Keep dungeon available during the event. The event starts at 10 am regional time for every region.
