Love in 10.0.5 - Flynn and Mankrik Spotted Shopping for Special Gifts

Players aren't the only ones excited about the new Trading Post system coming in 10.0.5 PTR! Wait around both the Alliance and Horde Trading Post long enough, and you may get to witness an NPC in love shopping for that special someone...

Flynn Fairwind and Mathias Shaw
In Stormwind City, Flynn Fairwind may be noticed taking a slow walk to visit the new Trading Post coming in the 10.0.5 patch. Once he arrives, he asks Wilder Seabraid about pets - he and Mathias want to adopt!
Flynn Fairwind says: Hey, Wilder... I was wondering if you had any pets for adoption? Shaw has been overworked recently, and I wanted to get him something that would help him unwind.
Wilder Seabraid says: Absolutely! We have a few available. Please see if you think any would fit your home.
Flynn Fairwind says: Thanks. I'll have a look around.
Wilder Seabraid says: And please pass on my regards to Master Shaw.
Flynn Fairwind says: Oh no, I can't say I was here. He's wanted a pet for ages, although he'll never admit it. I'm going to surprise him!
Wilder Seabraid says: You're going to try surprise the SI:7 spy master with a purchase you made in Stormwind? Hah! Good luck!
Flynn Fairwind says: Hey, I trained with SI:7; I can be sneaky!
While we don't know what type of pet Flynn ends up choosing, (somehow we don't think it's the
Ogre child
) it is possible to watch him try (and fail) to surprise Mathias. Shaw's dialogue doesn't seem to be on the PTR yet, but based on Flynn's responses, the spymaster is one step ahead - as ever.
Flynn Fairwind says: I have a surprise for you later.
Flynn Fairwind says: You can't... I was just there! How could you possibly know?
Flynn Fairwind says: Spoilsport!
Mankrik and Mahka
Makrik famously lost his wife Olga in a quilboar attack in Vanilla, but by Cataclysm it seemed like he might find love again with Mahka. At long last, Mankrik himself appears to have worked that out, as he can be spotted buying Mahka a bracelet before heading back towards his home in the Northern Barrens. As Shiri from the Trading Post says, it's about time!
Makrik says: Shiri.
Shiri says: Mankrik, how can I help ya?
Mankrik says: Looking for a new sword.
Shiri says: Sure thing, anything else?
Mankrik mumbles something.
Shiri says: What was dat mon?
Mankrik says: ... I said can I also get a bracelet, a nice one.
Shiri says: We only sell nice ones. Who's it for?
Makrik says: ... Mahka.
Shiri says: Good for ya, it's about time.
Mankrik grunts.
