On NA servers, there is a World Quest that awards 750 Bloody Tokens which is available until the daily reset. This will give you some easy item level 366 gear.

available until the daily reset while in
War Mode
. This is technically a PvP World Quest but no PvP is required.
Head to the arena in the Ohn'ahran Plains and kill the boss. The arena is a Free-For-All flag and anyone outside of your group is hostile. However, this boss shares tags, which means that if another group is killing it you can tag and help them kill it to also get credit. Just make sure not to AoE down your "teammates" as well. The World Quest will not complete if you are in a raid group but you can leave the raid group when the boss is at 5% and claim credit that way.

Completing this will award 750
