The Legendary Cloak Proc,

, obtained at Rank 12 appears to have been recently buffed, increasing the amount of Primary Stat gained from the Proc.
This change wasn't listed in
the most recent set of hotfixes
.
Stealth Buff
Earlier in the week, we documented that the Rank 12 Cloak proc increased your primary stat by 3,386. Today, this proc was changed to
3,648 primary stat
at some point.
Cloak Rank Scaling?
Originally on the PTR,

scaled with Cloak Rank, all the way up to Rank 15, seen in the Table below.

With the Rank 12 Cloak on Live now giving the exact same amount of Main Stat as the Rank 15 Cloak on PTR, these are some possibilities:
The Primary Stat on the Proc no longer scales with Cloak level.
The Primary Stat on the Proc continues to scale, starting at this higher value.
It's a bug and it'll be reverted.
We'll find out tomorrow with the Rank 13 cloak!
