Korrak's Revenge Experience Greatly Nerfed - Over an Hour to Get A Single Level

With the 16th Anniversary event now live for EU players, we were able to test how is Korrak's Revenge working in a post-leveling rework world. The answer, sadly, is not good. Either during Beta or during
this week's hotfixes
, Blizzard seems to have massively nerfed XP gains in the Battleground when compared to last year's event.
Whereas in 2019 you would gain from 2-3 levels per Korrak's match, now, at most, players are reporting getting less than 1% XP per minute without any experience bonuses, meaning single levels take around an hour to complete. The experience rate also decreases as you level higher, begin around 0.4% per minute before any experience bonuses.
Without any changes, Korrak's isn't a viable way to level alts this year, but a chance to obtain the
mounts introduced last year
