Known Issues in the the Shadowlands Pre-Patch 9.0

Blizzard support is compiling a list of common known issues in the Shadowlands pre-patch 9.0.1. If you are experiencing difficulties, your issue may be tracked with a solution!

Some issues seem straightforward:
Warriors, if
天神下凡
is not in your spellbook and you are supposed to have it try changing specs or logging in/out.
Druids, if your
Class Mount
flight form is inexplicably missing go and check the Barber Shop. They seem to be hiding out there.
Night Warriors
, if you wake up and are no longer part of the Night Warrior Black Eye Club, check the Barber Shop.
If you defeat the
Maiden of Vigilance
and the elevator is out of order, there is a teleporter for your convenience.
Many people are reporting issues on the

on Reddit. If you are having an issue, check out the thread and do a keyword search.

Common issues
- some with possible solutions or things to try:
Getting "
character not found
" errors.
Restart, if that doesn't fix it see if you can access a low population realm. If you can, give it a little time and try again - the servers are doing a lot of heavy lifting right now.
Allied Races locked
even though you could access them yesterday.
"
Graphics card
out of date" errors.
Check the minimum requirements:
World of Warcraft System Requirements
Check for new drivers
Extra bag slots
for having an authenticator are missing.
Try logging out/in. Try resetting your UI. If you have just added an authenticator, it can take 30 minutes for the change to kick-in.
You can log in but nothing works. You can't move, you can't click.
Disable addons and see if that helps. If it does, turn them back on one at a time until you find the culprit.
Your character has
no eyeballs
or their textures are missing.
This may be related to your hardware. Check out the forum for more info:
Missing Character Textures
You have
quests in Stormwind
but the quest givers just aren't there.
This is likely a phasing issue. Check for uncompleted quests.
Gladiator mounts
missing.
This is a known issue and is being worked on.
Store-bought cosmetics are missing.
Issues with the
Mechagnome
unlock questline.
This is being worked on.
The
HK-8型空中压制单位
boss in
Operation: Mechagon
cannot be defeated because the pylons are not interactable.
This is being looked into.
