Based on player reports, the Dragonflight Pre-Patch may have reset some players Great Vault Loot pool.
Thanks to Sanghelios for pointing this out to us.
Great Vault Loot Pool Possibly Reset
Some Players have started to report that this week's Great Vault only contains loot from bosses that you killed last week. If you only defeated Sepulcher of the First Ones bosses, you may only have Sepulcher of the First Ones loot, even if you killed Castle Nathria or Sanctum of Domination bosses before.
This means that if you want a specific item to have a chance of showing up in your Great Vault, you might need to kill that boss again, even if you had killed it before. This is the most important for high ticket items like Jailer's

. If you want the extra chance of these items, it seems like you might have to go back and kill these bosses again to be safe.
However, this has not been confirmed by Blizzard, and if you have a Raid Great Vault that does
NOT
contain loot from only the bosses you killed last week, please leave a comment below.
