With all those changes, many people got curious about what would happen with flying, since it has so many variables, like 寒冷天气飞行 and 四风的智慧.
Users in the official forums discovered that those special flying restrictions are gone! Which means that any character that acquires 高级骑术 or above will be able to fly in any continent that doesn't have a Pathfinder achievement related, restrictions still apply to them.

四风的智慧: No longer needed to fly in Pandaria

寒冷天气飞行: No longer needed to fly in Northrend

飞行大师执照: No longer needed to fly in Azeroth (Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Deepholm)
