Another major improvement coming in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is a new user interface and HUD, which players can customize in game without the use of addons. This new functionality doesn't replace addons entirely however, players can still use dedicated addons for unique looks, themes, or to show information in different ways, but these new features are intended to improve the baseline experience so that players looking to customize their HUD around don't necessarily have to use addons in order to do so.

In addition to a customization mode which will allow players to move elements of the UI around the screen as they see fit, the entire HUD will receive an overhaul with improved art and new functionality.
New functionality, improved accessibility.
New minimap and bigger health bars.
Improved UI art - removing the clutter and increasing visibility, while respecting the charm and personality of the original versions with updated gryphon and wyvern art bookends.
The ability to save, edit, copy, and name UI settings, allowing players to easily import, export, and switch between their creations.
The settings can also remember which spec you're in, automatically switching for players who like to use different layouts depending on their spec.
