As the WoW 17th Anniversary event starts for Asian servers, players have been able to learn more about the new mount,

Obtaining Transmog Pieces from

Despite what was said in the
original blue post

any character level 30 or higher can loot the mount, toy, or transmog pieces
from
末日行者
, including the new
阿卡玛之刃
axes. The only difference is that they will drop at an appropriate item level for your level instead of ilvl 226.
How to get to

Head to your capital city
Portal Room
and take the Portal to Caverns of Time. This should take you directly to where

is during the Anniversary.
