Do Not Override Socketed Shards of Domination - Use the Soulfire Chisel to Unsocket Shards
If you're planning on replacing a Socketed Shard of Domination, make sure that you take out the old Shard first by using the Soulfire Chisel. Directly overriding a Shard of Domination will cause it to be destroyed and Customer Support says they cannot restore destroyed Shards.
Overriding a Shard Destroys It
