Datamined Encrypted Mount, Pet, Items - Possible 10.0 Expansion Deluxe Edition Rewards? (Possible Spoilers)

We have found new encrypted content to live servers which includes a mount, a pet, and some additional items. This package is similar to the Deluxe Edition rewards of previous expansions, so could this be a hint that an announcement is coming soon for the next expansion following Shadowlands?
The mount could possibly be a hint for the next expansion. The mount is associated with
9fx_drakemountemerald_buff_4219045
, suggesting that it is likely a Green Dragon mount. Besides the mount and pet, one of the unknown encrypted models shares many animations with the Vulpera Male model, but not much more is known about it.
The asset for this mount is also very large, being a total of 8.9MB. In comparison, Shadowlands' Deluxe Edition mount,
咒缚恒龙
, is only 2.7MB large. This size means it will likely have a higher definition from other mounts, or more effects attached to it. The included pet is also fairly large, being 5.5MB itself.
On top of that, there are spell effects textures linked to this new mount that aren't encrypted, all looking very Green Dragon-esque:

While the spell effect itself isn't too impressive, it has animations attached to it which includes a Mount and Dragon animations. These will likely cause the spell effect to match the related mount.
Shop Items and Future Content
These encrypted files further support the link of Dragons to the next expansion. Recently, Blizzard released the
Dragon Pack Shop Bundle
, which made many believe that it was linked to the next expansion.
In the past, Blizzard has released shop items that hinted at the future expansion, like how the
