Crafted Legendaries in Shadowlands Have a "Made By" Tag

In Shadowlands, when you
craft your Legendary
at the
刻符者
, you will see a "Made by" tag containing the name of the player that crafted the base Legendary Item that you consumed.

Crafting Legendary <Made by> Tag
When you craft your Legendary in Shadowlands, you need a Base Legendary Item that is created by a Blacksmith, Leatherworker, Tailor or Jewelcrafter. When they craft the Base Legendary Item, they will have their name enscribed onto it so that everyone knows who that item is made by.
When you take that Base Legendary Item and make a Legendary out of it at the
刻符者
, it will cause that player's name to be inscribed onto your Legendary.
Here is
Tettles
's Legendary for his Hunter, Pettles, with the "Made by" Tag by another player.
This <Made by> Tag will show up whenever someone Inspects you (Thanks Razerwolf for the clarification).
Be careful of who you buy your Legendary Base Item from, so that you don't end up with a name of a player on your Legendary that you don't like. Some players may only want to equip a Legendary that has a "Made by" tag of your own character name, and if that's the case, you might want to start leveling your own professions now!
"Made by" Tag Doesn't Show on Linking
However, the "made by" tag is not visible when you link the Legendary to another player. When Tettles (Pettles), links the Legendary to my hunter in game, you can see what I see below -- no <Made by> tag.
