Change in Wording to Mythic Keystone Decay in Season 4

In today's Season 4 Patch Notes, Blizzard has updated their statement about the Mythic Keystone decay that will happen on the launch of Season 4. The statement about Mythic Keystone decay in the Season 4 Patch Notes has the word "additional" in the statement, which means that you'll probably want to complete a +20 key instead of a +19 this week, if you want a +15 key for next week.

The line in the
first blue post
mentions:
Mythic Keystones will downgrade by 4 levels.
The line in the
most recent blue post
mentions:
Mythic Keystones have been reduced by
an additional
4 levels, to account for this difficulty increase. (emphasis added)
What Does This Mean?
Keystones naturally decay by 1 level every week. With the addition of the words "an additional", this means that Keys should decay by 4, in addition to the natural decay of 1 for a total of 5.
We
previously recommended
that you complete a +19 this week if you want a +15 key on Season 4 launch, but with the updated wording
we now recommend that you complete a +20 this week
instead for the same reward. We're not sure which of these statements is true, but if you want to be safe, you should probably do a +20 this week if you're able to.
