, Ion Hazzikostas announced that the Portal Rooms will get a Caverns of Time portal in an upcoming patch! After reviewing feedback, the loss of this portal in 8.1.5 was a major pain point for players.
With the addition of the Portal Rooms in Stormwind and Orgrimmar, some portals in old cities to interesting locations have been removed:
Caverns of Time, Kalimdor
Dalaran Crater, Eastern Kingdoms
Hellfire Peninsula, Outland
Karazhan, Eastern Kingdoms
Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Pandaria
Wyrmrest Temple, Dragonblight

The Uldum portal, added in Cataclysm, is still intact. Take the portal and fly east.
Take the Shattrath portal from the Stormwind or Orgrimmar Portal Rooms, go to the World's End Tavern, and speak to
